All are welcome to bring a friend or loved one
to share information and techniques with.

We let go of many things in our lifetimes:
loved ones, animals, possessions, jobs and relationships.
The Art Of Letting Go is designed to help us
all embrace the reality that things do "go
away" in our lifetime. The resultant emotion
of grief can be very painful. You will learn
techniques to help you rise above the pain
of letting go and understand the bigger lesson involved.
We will explore the use of essential oils, acupressure,
breath work and visualization techniques that allow for
a congested spirit to let go and fly. You will
learn techniques you can use on yourself and others.
